David has been very busy this past week. He is currently working on a project that has lots to do. David loves to be busy and have plenty to do and he has found plenty of work to keep him busy for the rest of his deployment. He has also been keeping busy with his personal scripture study. His goal is to read the Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants before he comes home. He also loves to listen to past conference talks and has also been reading the Ensign. We have both truly seen the blessings of our Father in Heaven during these past months. We are so blessed to have such a great support system both for our family here and for David. We are so grateful for the gospel in our lives.
David was able to eat some local food this week. He did not tell me all that he ate but he did tell me that bat tastes like chicken!
